More recently, Brad worked with boutique firm Bienstock & Michael handling general business and intellectual property transactional matters primarily for clients in the entertainment and musical instrument industries, while at the same time, playing a prominent role in the firm's business and intellectual property litigation practice.
Prior to pursuing his legal education, Brad began his career in the entertainment industry in 1998 working with hundreds of artists including Elvis Costello, The White Stripes, Ryan Adams, The Smashing Pumpkins, and The Shins.
Outside of the firm, Brad is a rabid music and film appreciator. He enjoys a nice glass of wine, skiing, golf, and rooting for his favorite teams, the Knicks and Jets.
Most of all, he loves spending time with his wife Stacy, their daughter Sasha, and their dog Olive.
