Bradley S. Rothschild, Esq

Bradley S. Rothschild, Esq. is the founding and principal attorney of Rothschild & Associates LLC, a boutique law firm with practice areas focusing on business, entertainment (music and visual arts), intellectual property, real estate, and litigation. He is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey.

Brad advises and represents a broad range of clients in connection with their legal matters, ranging from individual artists to large corporations. He is equipped to serve his clients' needs, whether those needs are transactional or related to litigation. He prides himself on providing all of his clients with custom-tailored advice and helping his clients find creative solutions to their unique problems.

Over the years, Brad has developed a well-rounded palate of professional experience with prominent regional firms Harwood Lloyd and Kent & McBride. More recently, Brad worked with boutique firm Bienstock & Michael handling general business and intellectual property transactional matters primarily for clients in the entertainment and musical instrument industries, while at the same time, playing a prominent role in the firm's business and intellectual property litigation practice.

Prior to pursuing his legal education, Brad began his career in the entertainment industry in 1998 working with hundreds of artists including Elvis Costello, The White Stripes, Ryan Adams, The Smashing Pumpkins, and The Shins.

Outside of the firm, Brad is a rabid music and film appreciator. He enjoys a nice glass of wine, skiing, golf, and rooting for his favorite teams, the Knicks and Jets.

Most of all, he loves spending time with his wife Stacy, their daughter Sasha, and their dog Olive.
